In the career of a jazz guitarist, one of the most interesting musical challenges is the trio formula, together with a rhythmic section (bass and drums). Drummer Anthony Gutierrez’s presence on the Romanian jazz scene is recent, thus the trio made of Sorin Romanescu, Anthony Gutierrez and bassist Adrian Flautistu makes its debut right on the occasion of Bucharest Jazz Festival. The trio’s performance contains original compositions and American jazz guitarists themes.
