Norzeatic & Qinta Spartă is a fusion project between hip hop, jazz and electronic music, resulted from the long-term collaboration of MC Norzeatic with drummer Tavi Scurtu, DJ Tzuc and numerous musicians of the local jazz scene. The members of the main formula are Norzeatic (mike, fx), Tavi Scurtu (drums, sampler), Tzuc (scratches & cuts), Albert Tajti (keyboards) and Mike Alex (electric bass, double bass, synth bass). Over time, the band had famous collaborators such as Electric Brother (guitar), Mihai Iordache (saxophone, flute), Alex Anastasiu (vibraphone), Florian Mikuta (keyboards), Anghel Mailat (bass) or Lolo Noukpetor (percussion). Their shows are known for surprise guests, ever-evolving repertoire, freestyles and ad-hoc tracks, elevated lyrics and contagious dance grooves.
